Ugandan league champions KCCA need just one point to reach the quarter finals of the 2017 CAF Confederation Cup.

The Kasasiro who face off against Tunisia’s Club Africain on Friday in Tunis put themselves in a good situation thanks to a 3-1 win over Morocco’s FUS Rabat on Sunday.

Ibrahim Saddam Juma, Geoffrey Sserunkuma and Isaac Muleme scored the goals for Mike Mutebi to go on nine points, same as their next opponents who won 2-0 away to Rivers United on the same weekend.

If KCCA pick a draw in Tunis, they will go through as group leaders with Club Africain second on the log.

Meanwhile, Mike Mutebi made only one change from the squad that won on Sunday by dropping winger Vincent Kayizzi for defender Habib Kavuma who missed the game through suspension.
