Soana Vs Mbarara City – Kavumba 4.30pm
Following their impressive performances in their last league outings, Soana and Mbarara City face off at Kavumba eager to build on that.
Soana, against all odds picked a point away to favourites Vipers while Mbarara City earned their second win in the league with a 2-1 win over Police at Kakyeeka.
The hosts remain coach-less after the resignation of Shafik Bisaso last week but in Siraje Mutono, they have a man who knows the club in and out in his interim capacity.
Like Mutono, City’s Vialli Bainomugisha is also on interim after Richard Makumbi threw in the towel at the club and another good result will go a long way in endearing him to the Ankole Lions hierarchy for a permanent deal.
Soana are third from bottom with 5 points while Mbarara are 8th with 3 points more.
