Moses Waiswa is officially a SuperSport United player. The Premier Soccer League (PSL) outfit finally unveiled the Ugandan international on Sunday morning.
The stylish midfielder, acquired from StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) side Vipers SC, penned a two-year deal with the South African club.
“SuperSport is pleased to announce the signing of Ugandan international midfielder Moses Waiswa from Vipers SC, which will see him remain at the club until 2022,” the club confirmed in a statement.
Waiswa has been at the club side-lines for the last half a dozen months after getting injured while national duty during preparations for the 2019 Afcon finals. He joins Cranes skipper Denis Onyango as the second Ugandan in the PSL currently.
The midfielder majorly grabbed international prominence during the qualifiers of the 2019 finals after then Uganda Cranes coach, Sebastien Desabre, entrusted him with a centre of the park role.
