Azam Uganda Premier League (AUPL) sides Express and Onduparaka became the first sides to sail to the last 32 of the Uganda Cup.
The Red Eagles put away their struggles in the league to win 6-0 against lower division side Kachumbala RS at Wankulukuku while Onduparaka went through without kicking a ball after opponents, Light SSS failed to show up.
Michael Birungi was the star man at Wankulukuku as he scored a hat trick while David Ndihabwe, Ronnie Kisekka and Juma Ssebaduka added a goal each.
Elsewhere, Nyamityobora won 4-0 against Pallisa with David Kizza scoring three times and the other goal came from former U-20 international Charles Sebutinde.
Kansai Plascon were the other big winners on the day hitting Butyaba RS 6-1, Arua Tigers overcame Kira United 4-3 in a penalty shootout after drawing 1-1.
