Vipers have confirmed their squad for the preliminary first leg CAF champions League clash against Namibia’s African Stars.
The two sides face on Friday in Cape Town with the Venoms aiming to earn a decent result and finish off the job at home in a week’s time.
Belgian Ivan Minnaert named 21 players on the team that travels on Tuesday evening aboard KQ with six new signings including Ashraf Mandela.
Congolese defender Kevin Dasylva Bady, Nigerian Odili Chukwuma, Liberian Mark Yallah and Uganda internationals Enock Ssebagala and Taddeo Lwanga are all in the squad.
The Venoms are aiming to reach the group stages of the intercontinental club competitions for only the second time in history.
