Wounded BUL, Entebbe UPPC face off, Police seek to reclaim top spot

Two wounded lions in BUL and Entebbe UPPC face off at Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru with either seeking to bounce back from last match day’s defeat.

BUL saw their 25-match unbeaten streak ended at Kitara while Entebbe UPPC were beaten at home by Police.

Abbey Kikomeko’s men welcome back Karim Ndugwa and Tom Ikara but will miss Tarni Bani who was sent off at Butema.

Both teams are on 10 points with the hosts in 7^th place a slot above the visitors who have a better goal difference.

At Police Arena, Kiira Road, Police host Kitara with top spot in sight for the Cops.

Police are second on the log with 14 points, two adrift of leaders SC Villa who beat UPDF on Tuesday to move top.

The 2005 league champions have three wins in four league matches against the Royals but lost the most recent meeting 1-0 at home.

Kitara are 6^th with 10 points and will leapfrog third placed Vipers with a win at Kiira Road.
