Holders Vipers will travel to Lira where they begin their Stanbic Uganda Cup defence against Northern Gateway at the round of 64.

This follows a draw held at Protea Hotel in Kampala on Wednesday January 28, 2026.

All the sixteen premier league clubs enter the competition at this stage and will play away from home.

Record winners Express and KCCA will visit Pakwach Youngsters and St. George Masindi in Pakwach and Masindi respectively.

SC Villa will visit Pallisa Hospital in Pallisa, BUL visit Agape United in Kotido, UPDF are away to Nsambya, Calvary visit Football Classroom, Mbarara City visit Busia Young.
