Vipers are favourites in the tie and are unbeaten against the struggling Ankole Lions who are 4th from bottom with only 15 points in the last five meetings winning four in succession.

At Fufa stadium, Kadiba, longtime rivals SC Villa and Express face off with the former aiming to win and keep within the title race.

Villa have a game in hand, the abandoned match against Calvary at Midigo but remain 4th with 34 points.

Express are winless in five matches now after drawing 1-1 with Maroons in their last game and sit 10th with 19 points.

In Entebbe, hosts Entebbe UPPC will look to bounce back from a 2-0 defeat to Kitara when they host URA at Fisheries Grounds, Bugonga.

The Printers won the first-round fixture 1-0 at Nakivubo and sealing a double over the tax men will lift them to 37 points.

URA earned their first win under Hussein Mbalangu in the 2-0 win over Mbarara City and that moved them to 18 points in 12th position.

Elsewhere, Maroons host relegation fighting Buhimba United Saints at Luzira.
