Kitara eager to end NEC’s ‘unbeaten’ streak and close in on Vipers

Kitara will be desperate to move within three points of leaders Vipers on the premier league standings when they host NEC at Royals Park Butema on Saturday.

The hosts 3^rd on the table with 54 points will jump second placed KCCA with a victory on the day and re-open the title race with three rounds to go after the Venoms dropped points in the 1-1 draw with URA on Friday.

In NEC, they face an opponent on a decent run, unbeaten in over 18 competitive matches and not conceded a goal in over nine successive matches.
