Uganda Cranes will face Nigeria, Tunisia, and neighbours Tanzania in Group C of the 2025 TotalEnergies CAF Africa Nations Cup (AFCON), which kicks off in December.
This follows the draw held in Morocco on Monday, January 27. The tournament scheduled between December 21 and January 21, 2026 will be hosted by Morocco.
Meanwhile, hosts Morocco will face Mali, Zambia and Comoros in Group A.
Group B has record champions Egypt, 1996 winners South Africa, Angola and Zimbabwe.
In Group, Senegal, DR Congo, Benin and Botswana will face off with Algeria, Burkina Faso, Equatorial Guinea and Sudan battling in Group E while Group F has Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Gabon and Mozambique.
The Elephants of Ivory Coast are the holders after winning it on home soil when they beat Nigeria Super Eagles in the final.
