BUL 4-1 Ntugasaze
BUL continued their perfect start at the top of the table after a commanding 4-1 victory over Ntugasaze at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru on Tuesday.
Swabir Mpasa, Martin Aprem, Reagan Kalyowa and Simon Achidi were on target for Alex Isabirye’s side, who made it three wins from three matches.
The victory takes BUL to nine points, with their superior goal difference keeping them ahead of fellow perfect starters Blacks Power.
Blacks Power also made it three wins in as many games after coming from behind to defeat Maroons 2-1 at Wankulukuku.
Ali Ismael put Maroons ahead in the 37th minute, connecting with Brian Nkuubi’s corner, but Andrea Ogwal restored parity five minutes after the break after turning defender Borris Onegi before firing past Derrick Ochan.
Richard Otim then completed the comeback with Blacks Power’s second goal to secure another three points for Simon Mugerwa’s side.
Kigezi hold KCCA
For Kigezi HomeBoyz, the goalless draw with KCCA marked their first point in the top flight after two opening defeats.
KCCA, meanwhile, are still searching for their first league win of the campaign after three matches.
The two sides created few clear chances at the Rwamwanja Stadium in Kamwenge, with neither able to find the breakthrough.
The result leaves KCCA fourth from bottom with one point from their opening three matches.
Ntugasaze remain winless at the bottom of the table, having conceded eight goals.
