  • BUL vs SC Villa – Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru 4pm

SC Villa make a trip to Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru to face BUL with a mission to move top of the table in the only game on Friday.

The Jogoos are one point behind the congested table leadership that has Vipers, Police and KCCA all on 27 points.

Villa coach Zeljko Kovacevic expects a tough game against BUL despite the Jinja based side sitting 9th on the table with 13 points.

“BUL is a good team despite having bad results in the first ten games,” Kovacevic told the pre-match press briefing. “But should be difficult game on artificial grass and everything but I know we have shown and prepared well and we hope to play good game,” he added.

Meanwhile, BUL coach Alex Isabirye who started his third stint as coach with a win against Calvary believes they can still overcome the Jogoos.

“In recent matches, we have not had good results but we have worked on several issues and believe we can overcome SC Villa,” said Isabirye.

BUL hold edge with 5 wins in the last 10 meetings against SC Villa [L3, D2] with last season’s corresponding fixture ending 1-0 in favour of the hosts.
