Relegation bound Gaddafi need a positive result against Express or else risk going down.
The two sides face off on Wednesday in a fixture the hosts need to avoid defeat to at least take the relegation fight to the final day.
Currently sited 15th on the log with 22 points, they need to win to move level on points with Busoga United who occupy the last position of the safe sides.
Defeat will all but relegate them with a match to play as they have an inferior H2H record against Busoga United.
Express have lost the last five matches in succession and will be motivated to win their last game of the season.
At the moment, they are 12th on the table with 32 points due to a poor H2H against both Wakiso Giants and Mbarara City despite the two having same points.
