KCCA are desperate to return winning ways when they host Maroons on Thursday at the MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo under floodlights.
The Kasasiro are winless in two matches and have literally dropped out of the title race.
At the moment, they are seven points adrift of leaders Vipers who are on 59 points and sit 3rd on the table behind Kitara as well as by two points.
The reverse fixture at Luzira ended goalless and a similar result will all but end KCCA’s slim title hopes.
Maroons, 9th on the table with 34 points want to win and move into the top eight.
Earlier, UPDF travel to Entebbe UPPC aware that nothing but maximum points enlighten their survival chances.
The army side are third from bottom with 21 points, only five above safety and with Mbarara City and Calvary winning their respective matches on Friday, a win is a must.
Entebbe UPPC overcame a two match losing streak by beating Calvary and victory here will see them move into the top five from 7th where they are on 43 points.
