Express, Wakiso Giants clash concludes match day 18

Match day eighteen of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League comes to end this Monday with a fixture between Express and Wakiso Giants at Hamz stadium, Nakivubo.

The two sides come into the game desperate for maximum points as the Red Eagles have lost their two matches in the second round so far while Wakiso Giants have not won a league match since day three.

Badru Kaddu’s side are 6^th with 25 points after defeats to Bul and SC Villa and were also eliminated from the Stanbic Uganda Cup by lower league side Total FC.

On the other hand, Wakiso Giants are third from bottom with 13 points, 7 points below Police who occupy the last safety position on the 16-team log.

In the reverse fixture, the two sides drew goalless while Wakiso Giants won the corresponding match last season at Wankulukuku.
