Back to KCCA – Villa clash, the spotlight will be in the dugout with the two sides unleashing new tacticians.
Brian Ssenyondo, KCCA co-coach alongside Jackson Magera will be in charge and it remains to be seen whether they will field their national team players who have been in the TotalEnergies Africa Nations Championship.
New faces Ivan Ahimbisibwe, Lazaro Bwambale are all available and despite being a pre-season tournament, the aim will be to win for either side to establish a decent first leg advantage.
For Villa, the match provides Serbian Kovacevic Zeljko with a first test of football in Uganda.
The club has so far kept their cards on the chest in regards to new signings and thus Zeljko will be the main attraction.
