Maroons and Express lock horns in the first league fixture after the international break with either aiming to return to winning ways.

The hosts have now gone six matches without a win since beating UPDF 4-2 on January 5.

For the Red Eagles, its two matches in a row, both under the stewardship of Baker Mbowa with defeats to SC Villa and Wakiso Giants.

Maroons won the reverse fixture 1-0 at Wankulukuku and could complete a rare double over the seven-time champions.

The two sides are separated by two points with Maroons 6th with 31 points while Express are 9th with 29 points after 21 games.

Later on, KCCA host Busoga United seeking to avenge a 2-1 first leg defeat in what was Abdallah Mubiru’s first game in charge of the Kasasiro.

The Kasasiro, 8th on the log with 29 points have won the last two matches including a 1-0 win over Vipers at Kitende.

Busoga United occupy the last position in the red zone with 17 points and are winless in six consecutive league matches.
