KCCA lock horns with eternal rivals SC Villa at the Mandela National stadium, Namboole on Saturday.
The two giants are not only seeking maximum points but also bragging rights.
The hosts come into the game on the back of elimination from Fufa Super 8 by eventual winners SC Villa last month and will seek vengeance.
They are however in commanding position when it comes to league meetings with no defeat in the last nine matches winning five and drawing four.
It will be Villa’s first taste of 2025/26 season after they missed match day one as their opponents Vipers were away in the Caf Champions League.
For KCCA, they drew they opener 1-1 away to Kitara and Brian Ssenyondo and Jackson Magera understand that victory over the Jogoos will reduce early pressure on them.
Ex-KCCA players Hassan Mubiru and Charles Lwanga turn guns against their former bosses in the blue and white of Villa while Gavin Kizito takes on his former pay masters as well in the Yellow.
Earlier on the day, Kitara await Vipers SC in a fixture that lies in doubt after the champions threatened not to show up.
