Entebbe UPPC won the first-round clash 4-2 at Midigo and want to return to winning ways by completing a double over the visitors.
The Printers are 7th on the table with 41 points while Calvary sit at the base with 13 points.
In Butema, there is a relegation six pointer between Buhimba and Lugazi with the hosts desperate to end an eight-match losing streak and occupy the last slot in the relegation zone with 15 points.
Lugazi are on 20 points in 13th position and defeat will see them drop closer to the red zone.
Elsewhere, there will be a battle of armed security forces with Police hosting UPDF at Kiira Road Police Arena in Kamwokya.
The visitors are still unsafe despite sitting 12th with 21 points while Police want to consolidate 6th position.
