- Mbarara City vs Kitara – Kakyeeka 4pm
- SC Villa vs Soltilo Bright Stars – Wankulukuku 4pm
- NEC vs Maroons – Lugogo 4pm
- URA vs BUL – Nakivubo 7pm
The StarTimes Uganda Premier League match day five continues with four matches on Friday including a late kick off at Hamz stadium, Nakivubo where URA host BUL.
BUL come into the game desperate to put a bad start behind them as they occupy one of the relegation slots after four match days with no win.
The visitors are aware that nothing but maximum points will work against a tough URA side that demolished Mbale Heroes in their last outing.
Alex Isabirye will hope his side inflict more damage on his former bosses as he seeks to take the tax men joint top.
Earlier in the day, Kitara will hope to end their three-match losing streak with a visit to Western neighbours Mbarara City at Kakyeeka.
The hosts come into the game on the back of a morale boosting win over BUL away from home.
Anything short of victory for Kitara could see Brian Ssenyondo axed.
At Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku, record champions SC Villa host winless Soltilo Bright Stars aiming to bounce back from a 2-1 defeat at Vipers before the international break.
Joseph Mutyaba’s men will hope to get off the mark and move up the table after an abysmal start to the campaign.
Elsewhere, NEC will seek reaction when they host Maroons at Lugogo.
Hussein Mbalangu’s men, early pacesetters will move to top of the table with a win after they surrendered top spot in a defeat to Express in their last match.
Match day five will conclude on Saturday with one game involving KCCA at home to UPDF under floodlights.
