Brian Ssenyondo has joined a growing list of coaches to lose their jobs just six league matches into the current Premier League season.
The youthful tactician was sacked by Kitara following a poor start to the season that has seen the Royals just manage only four points in six matches.
His sacking comes after the team lost 3-1 to BUL in another home fixture at Royal Park Butema.
Ssenyondo leaves with all his coaching staff with the club set to confirm new technical staff just in time for their next fixture against URA at Nakivubo on Thursday.
“Kitara FC would like to announce the mutual parting ways with head coach Brian Ssenyondo and their entire technical team,” the statement partly read.
“The decision has been made after thorough deliberation with the collective interests of Kitara FC and its supporters in mind.”Other coaches that have lost their jobs this season include Richard Malinga (Mbale Heroes FC), Baker Mbowa (Express FC), Sadiq Sempigi (Lugazi FC) and Nikola Kavazovic (Vipers SC).
Kitara are third from bottom on the 16-team league table.
