  • UPDF vs Mbale Heroes – Bombo 4pm
  • NEC vs Soltilo Bright Stars – 7pm

NEC will reclaim top spot if they overcome Soltilo Bright Stars at MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo on Wednesday.

Hussein Mbalangu’s men come into the game on the back of a disappointing 1-1 draw with URA which saw them lose top spot to Vipers SC.

With 23 points, a win will take the Bugolobi based side back to the summit with Vipers not in action until Saturday.

In Soltilo Bright Stars, they face a desperate side seated bottom of the table with only 6 points and want to win and move from the base of the 16-team standings.

At Bombo, UPDF will hope to keep their home unbeaten run intact when they host Mbale Heroes on the same day.

The army side are currently 7th on the log with 16 points and will move to same points as third and fourth placed Express and KCCA respectively with maximum points.

The visitors were beaten 6-0 by Kitara in their last outing and will be desperate to get at least a point.
