- Soltilo Bright Stars vs UPDF – Kavumba 4pm
- BUL vs NEC – Najjembe 4pm
Table leaders NEC could open up a four-point gap at the top when they visit BUL at Lugazi on Wednesday.
Hussein Mbalangu’s table leaders however must beat unpredictable BUL to ensure they remain in leadership after match day thirteen.
With second placed Vipers not in action until Friday away to Mbale Heroes, victory will see NEC move to 29 points.
The hosts come into the game buoyed by their 1-1 draw away to Vipers last week but will want to return to winning ways after failing to do so in the past consequent fixtures despite losing just one game in the process.
They are eleven points off the table and are 10th on the table at the moment with 15 points.
NEC are unbeaten in the four meetings with BUL winning two and drawing as many in all competitions.
At Kavumba, bottom placed Soltilo Bright Stars host UPDF aware that only three points will improve their survival chances.
Ian Mutenda’s lads are on six points and a win will take them to 9 points same as Wakiso Giants and Mbale Heroes who occupy the other two relegation zone positions.
They won the corresponding fixture 2-1 last season and will hope for more of the same on Wednesday.
