NEC have finally entered the transfer market by signing Enrique Lubwama and Enock Tumwesigye from UPDF and Kigezi Home Boyz respectively.
Lubwama was the league’s best young player last season and boosts the attacking department of the Bugolobi based side as viewed on his debut in the Fufa Super 8 match against Entebbe UPPC.
The two are the first new arrivals at the club in the window with the club already confirming five exits.
Elsewhere, Lugazi added Vincent Zziwa to their squad list with the attacking midfielder joining from Iganga United.
He has previously played for Busoga United, Bul and Wakiso Giants.
