Joint record holders KCCA and Express also made it to the round after eliminating Mbarara City and Ntugasaze 1-0 and 2-0 respectively.
Nine-time cup winners SC Villa overcame BUL on penalties following a 2-2 draw at Fufa stadium, Kadiba, NEC overcame UPDF 2-0 at Bombo while Lugazi shocked Police 2-1 at Kiira Road Arena with Kitara also beating Entebbe UPPC 2-0 at Royal Park Butema.
Now, the premier league sides will turn focus to the league next week with draws for the next round to be confirmed soon.
