In-form striker Seiri Arigumaho scored his fifth goal in six StarTimes Uganda Premier League matches as Mbarara City claimed another away win at Soltilo Bright Stars on Wednesday.

The 1-0 win at Kavumba Recreation Ground, Mbarara’s second in six matches, moved the visitors to fourth place on nine points, three behind leaders NEC, who have played a game fewer.

Arigumaho struck a brilliant free kick just a minute to halftime to give the Ankole Lions all three points.

Bright Stars will hope to end the poor run on Tuesday, October 29 when they visit BUL at Lugazi while Mbarara City will look to extend their unbeaten home run at Kakyeka with a home clash against Vipers SC on the same day.
