KCCA have beefed up their attacking options with the signing of Rogers Mugisha on a two-year contract from Kitara.

The winger re-unites with new coach Brian Ssenyondo who coached him at Synergy, UPDF and most recently Kitara where he played a handful of games.

The 22-year-old winger expressed his excitement about joining the 13-time Uganda Premier League champions.

“Signing for KCCA FC is a dream come true. This is one of the biggest clubs in the country. I am ready to give my all for the badge. I know the expectations are high, but I am confident in my abilities and look forward to contributing to the team’s success.”

Brian Ssenyondo said; “We are happy to have Rogers on board. He is a player we have been monitoring for a while. His speed and directness on the wing will add a new dimension to our attack. He fits perfectly with our philosophy of playing an exciting, attacking brand of football. We believe he has the potential to become a key player for us.”

Mugisha becomes the club’s fifth major signing in the current transfer window after Ivan Ahimbisibwe, Herbert Achayi, Lazaro Muhindo, and Enock Walusimbi.
