Six-time league champions Vipers SC has confirmed seven players to have officially left the club following expiry of their contracts.
The seven include former Ugandan international Murushid Jjuuko and Marvin Youngman whose time at Kitende has been plagued by injuries.
Others are Isa Mubiru and Bright Anukani who have already signed for KCCA, Martin Kizza, Burundi goalkeeper Fabien Mutombora and Ashraf Mandela who has joined Police FC of Rwanda.
At Masindi, Uganda Cup winners Kitara continued to dominate the market by signing former URA and Villa highly rated midfielder Ivan Sserubiri and UPDF left back Douglas Oyirwoth.
The duo like most signings in the window so far at Kitara has signed a one-year contract.
Elsewhere, Wakiso Giants unveiled highly promising forward Hudson Mbalire from Catda on a three-year contract.
Mbalire joins three other new signings at Wakiso Giants โ Erick Kabamba, Vicent Zziwa and Derrick Kaija.
