The primary transfer window is already in high gear with defending champions Vipers so far, the busiest in the market.
The Venoms, on top of unveiling new coach Denis Lavagne have added Joel Sserunjogi, Nicholas Mwere and DR Congo right back Jacques Mangoba.
Sserunjogi joins the champions from rivals KCCA, Mwere signs for Vipers from BUL while Mangoba joins from AS Simba.
Elsewhere, Entebbe UPPC confirmed the capture of Sharif Ssengendo from KCCA who still had a year running on his contract.
The midfielder re-unites with Abdallah Mubiru who also signed him for KCCA.
Meanwhile, Brazilian Gabriel Joao confirmed leaving KCCA after three seasons.
