The Uganda Premier League (UPL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sadam Bulega as the League’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with effect from 1st August 2026.
Bulega joins the UPL with extensive experience in sports marketing, brand management and commercial development, having built a distinguished career in Uganda and across the African football landscape.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Bulega will lead the League’s commercial strategy with a focus on strengthening partnerships, driving revenue growth, enhancing brand value and delivering greater value for clubs, supporters and commercial stakeholders.
The Uganda Premier League welcomes Sadam Bulega to the Secretariat and wishes him success in his new role.
