Three StarTimes Uganda Premier League marched on to the next rounds of the Stanbic Uganda Cup after wins on Saturday.
In Kumi, three-time winners URA saw off hosts Kumi United 2-0 to get into the round of 32 where they will face Calvary on Wednesday.
Moses Aliro and Amis Bangwani scored the goals for David Obua’s men.
Record holders KCCA and Express reached the last 16 with wins over Jinja North United and Rwenzori Lions respectively.
Muhammad Shaban and Said Mayanja scored in the first half for Kasasiro at Kakindu while Express needed a penalty shootout to overcome minnows Rwenzori United with the game ending 1-1 in 90 minutes.
Jogoos, BUL and Stars in R32 Sunday action
SC Villa host Buganda Regional side Synergy at Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku looking to progress to the round of 16.
It remains to be seen whether they will have their assistant coach Morley Byekwaso in the dugout who is handling the national U20 side preparing for All African Games.
The Jogoos could miss key players Umar Lutalo, Cyrus Kibande, Abbasi Kyeyune and Patrick Kakande.
Elsewhere, BUL, one time winners visit Kyambura Masters while Soltilo Bright Stars are away to Blacks Power on Sunday.
The other fixture on Sunday will see Busoga United host Tubur at Kakindu.
