Bruno Bunyaga scored a brace as URA beat relegation bound Soltilo Bright Stars 4-0 at Hamz stadium, Nakivubo.

The first half substitute scored in either half to add on an early goal from Joseph Ssemujju and Moses Aliro.

The result moves the tax collectors into top four with 39 points while the visitors remain second from bottom with 15 points, eight adrift of safety positions.

At Kabaka Kyabaggu, another relegation fighter Wakiso Giants salvaged a point from Maroons’ jaws in a six-goal thriller.

Abdu Ssemakula put the hosts in front early in the game but saw that lead turned into deficit before halftime thanks to goals from Baden Mujahid and man of the match Brian Nkuubi.

A minute into the second half, Maroons extended their lead through Raymond Walugembe but Marvin Oshaba and Hudson Mbalire scored for the hosts to rescue a point that keeps their survival hopes alive.

Wakiso Giants are still in the red zone with 18 points, five behind safety positions while Maroons are 7^th with 34 points.
