For the seventh time in history, Vipers will be crowned league champions after claiming the 2024/25 title.

The crowning moment will be preceded by a contest against Soltilo Bright Stars at Kitende with the aim to win in front of their own fans before landing hands on the new Premier League trophy.

The Venoms will also use the game to prepare for the Stanbic Uganda Cup final against KCCA that will officially crown the domestic season come May 31.

The other interesting fixtures will be the ones involving sides fighting to secure a top eight position in order to feature in the pre-season Fufa Super 8 tournament.

Maroons, currently 8th with 40 points need to win at home against Mbarara City to confirm a successive season in the top half.

Seventh placed Kitara on 41 points are also not sure of the place as they make a long trip to face Mbale Heroes while Express hosting rivals KCCA also need a win and hope both Maroons and Kitara falter.

The Red Eagles are just on the fringes in 9th position with 39 points same as UPDF who host a BUL side at Bombo that is yet to lose a league fixture in the second round.

Elsewhere, second placed NEC host URA at Lugogo while champions SC Villa are away to Lugazi with relegated Wakiso Giants targeting a winning end to life in the top division with a home win over Police FC.
