Ugandan champions Vipers SC advanced to the second round of the CAF Champions League after a 1-0 win over Namibia’s African Stars sealed a 2-0 aggregate triumph on Saturday night in Kitende.
Striker Yunus Sentamu struck the winner on 61 minutes before a packed St Mary’s Stadium crowd.
Defender Hilary Mukundane had netted the decisive goal in the away leg in Cape Town a week earlier.
