Premier league table leaders Vipers will face holders Kitara in the semi-finals of the Stanic Uganda Cup following a draw held on Monday at Serena Hotel, Kampala.
The Venoms will host the first leg and then play the second leg away at Royal Park Butema.
The tentative dates for the first legs is 4-5, May 2025 and then 17-18, May for the second legs.
Elsewhere, record holders KCCA will face Fufa Big League side Kataka with the Kasasiro hosting the first leg under the lights at MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo.
The winners over two legs will contest the final at Fufa stadium, Kadiba in what will be the first official match at the venue funded by FIFA.
