The hosts must beat the Ankole Lions to enlighten survival chances as victory will put them above the visitors on head-to-head stat after drawing the first-round match goalless in Kakyeeka.

The visitors who begin life without coach Livingstone Mbabazi are 13th on the log with 23 points while the Purple Sharks are just below with three points less.

At Hamz stadium, Nakivubo, Kitara will be out to seal a double over Express.

The Royals are on a run of four league matches without a victory and Wasswa Bbosa wants that to end.

They humiliated the Red Eagles 7-0 in their first round clash and a lot will be at stake for the hosts who want to avenge that heavy defeat.
