Express have completed the signing of experienced goalkeeper Abdul Kimera.

The shot-stopper has joined on a two-year contract, seeing him stay at the club until 2024.

The former Police FC player comes at a time when the club is working to strengthen its options in goal after the departure of Kusiima Cryspus at the end of his contract.

“I am happy to be joining a big club like Express FC,” Kimera told the club website.

“I hope to match up to the club’s big name and going by the players and coaches I have seen at the club, I hope to elevate my career to the next level.”

Kimera played for Police in the 2021/2022 season, making seven appearances and keeping three clean sheets.

At BULL in 2019-2020, he made 27 appearances, keeping 11 clean sheets.
