UPDF 2-2 Masavu
Hosts UPDF rallied to rescue a point as they drew 2-2 with Masavu in Bombo on Friday.
Walter Lubangkene gave the army side the lead in the opening minute of the game but midfielder Veron Ddamba equalised a minute to half time.
Azam Uganda Premier League (AUPL) newcomers Masavu were not done, taking the lead 20 minutes from time through striker Abraham Ndugwa.
Fortunately for UPDF, second half substitute Godfrey Wakaza had other ideas, equalizing six minutes from full time.
The two sides remained in their respective positions following the draw, with UPDF unmoved in 13th with five points, and Masavu bottom of the league on four.
