Defending champions Vipers make a trip to Jinja to face Gaddafi aiming for a perfect start to their title defence.
The Venoms enter the fray a little frustrated after failing to qualify for the group stages of the Caf Champions League and performing abysmally in the Fufa Super 8.
In addition, their Brazilian signings also left without kicking a ball in the league.
Coach Leo Martins Leiva must understand that a poor start to the league could see him lose his job sooner than later.
At the Gaddafi Arena, he will hope his forwards Yunus Sentamu, Milton Karisa and Lumala Abdu are in fine form.
