Reigning league champions Vipers host league debutants Ntugasaze in a bottom of the table clash with either targeting first points in the 2026/27 season.
The Venoms were beaten 1-0 by Entebbe UPPC in their opening match of the premier league defence while the Brewers are winless in three matches played so far.
The game comes after Denis Lavagne’s men were eliminated at the preliminary round by Mauritania’s Nouadhibou and focus now turns to league defence.
There will be huge decisions to make for Lavagne and his bench on who start between experienced forward Ceaser Lobi Manzoki and youngster Gusto Mulongo who is yet to open his account this season as well as in the midfield where Joel Sserunjogi, Marvin Youngman, Karim Watambala and Farouk Miya are viable options.
This will be the first ever official meeting between the two sides and the fixture will conclude match day four before the international break comes in.
