Ibrahim Orit and Said Kyeyune beautiful strikes could only count as consolations as Uganda fell 5-2 to Morocco to exit the Total 2020 Africa Nations Championship.
Orit opened the scoring against the defending champions with an exquisite strike after being set up by Brian Aheebwa in the 25th minute but Morocco equalised through Ayoub El Kaabi from the spot at the death of half time.
The Atlas Lions captain converted from the spot after Mustafa Mujuzi handled in the area.
Sofiane Rahim then added a brace in the second half while Abdelilah Hafidi and an own goal from Charles Lukwago saw the Atlas Lions humiliate the Cranes who for the fifth time failed to progress out of the group.
At 4-1, Kyeyune scored a cracker of a goal, his second in the tournament.
