Arua Hill 2-1 Onduparaka
Arua Hill came from behind to beat Onduparaka 2-1 and end their four-match losing streak on Sunday.
Second half substitute Reagan Mpande scored a brace for Arua Hill and Amos Muwonge got the visitors consolation at Barifa Stadium in Arua.
Arua Hill’s fourth win in nine StarTimes Uganda Premier League matches moves them two places up to seventh on 13 points.
Onduparaka’s fifth defeat in nine games keeps them bottom of a 15-team log on two points.
The Caterpillars started the season with -2 points thanks to a fan violence related sanction.
Back at Barifa Stadium, the home team came into this match on the back of four successive defeats.
And it couldn’t have started worse for them, Muwonge putting Onduparaka ahead on 15 minutes.
But Mpande, who replaced Ivan Eyam, leveled matters on 63 minutes before hitting the winner six minutes from full time.
