Uganda Premier League breaks

Action in the Azam Uganda Premier League (UPL) takes a ten-day break to allow the national team – Uganda Cranes – ample time for Afcon preparations and matches.

The latest fixtures before the break saw Vipers win 1-0 at Maroons while Police escaped Jinja’s Bul. with maximum points; picking a 3-2 victory at Kakindu on Tuesday afternoon.

The league doesn’t resume until April 1 when Vipers take on SC Villa at Buikwe in a game that will be broadcast on Pay TV Azam, whilst The Saints will host Maroons on the same day at Mandela National stadium, Namboole.

The following day, six games will be played implying all teams will be action on the weekend.

Friday April 1, 2016 fixtures
