Prisons Ground, Luzira will be the centre of focus on Tuesday when Maroons host UPDF in a battle of forces as the league returns from break.

Maroons who go into the game on the back of eight games without a loss are considered favourites for the tie although they must turn stalemates into victories.

Asaph Mwebaze’s side have drawn five games in succession and though enjoy one of the longest unbeaten runs in the league, they are close to the drop by six points than they are at the top.

With 17 points, they are 10th on the log while UPDF sit bottom with only six points.

Maroons will rely on the skills of U-20 international Pius Obuya with Ronald Orombi doing the job in the middle.

UPDF, coached by former international Steven Bogere will rely on Ivan Wava, Godfrey Wakaza and Godfrey Nakyenalire for inspiration.
