  • SC Villa Vs Police – Masaka Recreation Ground 4.30pm
Action from the first round 1-1 draw at Namboole

SC Villa’s impregnable home record faces stern test when they host bogey side Police at Masaka Recreation Ground on Wednesday.

The Jogoos are yet to lose at home in eleven league games, drawn just once and conceded only twice but they have only won once against Police in the last eight league meetings.

Police are poor travellers with seven defeats on the road but are only one of the three sides to have picked a point from Masaka alongside Maroons and KCCA.

“Every game is tough but we are ready to take care of them,” said Wasswa Bbosa. “They are good a side despite slump in form but we are in better position at the moment to beat everyone,” he added.

The two sides drew 1-1 in the reverse fixture with Hood Kaweesa equalizing for Police in the second half after Ambrose Kirya had given the Jogoos a lead.

A win will extend SC Villa’s lead at the top while Cops will leapfrog Maroons in 6th with victory.
