- URA Vs Bright Stars – Mandela National stadium, Namboole 4.30pm
Bright Stars make the short trip to Namboole to face URA with a target for a rare double.
The Matugga boys edged the first round fixture 1-0 in what was their first ever victory over the Tax Collectors in nine attempts.
With the hosts short on confidence, there will be no better chance to complete the double for Fred Kajoba coached side although he says the most important thing is to avoid defeat.
“They may be struggling but we all know the quality they have,” said Kajoba. “Our game approach won’t change. For starters, we don’t want to lose the game,” he added.
URA, without goalie Alionzi Nafian who was sent off against Bul will hope new signings Herman Wasswa and Charles Odeke as well as De Boss Kalama are in good form to break down Bright Stars.
Bright Stars, 11th on the log with 19 points from 15 games will bank on the ‘goal machine’ Nelson Senkatuka for inspiration.
