Wakiso Giants 0-1 Bul

Bul bounced back from crashing defeat to rivals Busoga United in the week to pip Wakiso Giants 1-0 at Kabaka Kyabaggu Sports Stadium, Wakiso on Saturday.

Wakiso defender Ibrahim Kiyemba was the unlucky man on the day as he turned into his own net for the visitors to claim all three points in the second added minute of first half.

Victory for Bul, who were recovering from a 3-0 defeat to Busoga, moves them level on nine points with Maroons and Onduparaka.

The Jinja side are, however, below the two in fourth place on the StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) table due to an inferior goal difference.

Defeat for Kefa Kisala’s Wakiso was the first at home in five matches, and it sees them to sixth on seven points.
