Morley Byekwaso will stay on as KCCA manager for the next three years after the former club player was confirmed permanently on Wednesday.
Mike Mutebi’s successor will serve from July 2021 to June 2024.
The announcement comes after all the technical members of KCCA FC run down their employment contracts at the end of June 2021.
Morley took over as interim manager at the end of March 2021, a position he was supposed to serve in for three (3) months up to the end of June 2021.
Byekwaso has served as an assistant manager of KCCA FC on three occasions – under Matia Lule, George Nsimbe and Mutebi.
In the next few days, Byekwaso is expected to name his technical team, a leverage his club have handed him.
“Everyone at the club wishes Morley Byekwaso the best during his time as KCCA FC Manager,” read a statement on the club website.
