KCCA have a perfect opportunity to pick their first points on the road when they visit struggling UPDF at Bombo in the only game of the day.

The Kasasiro have lost all their games on the road to Arua Hill (3-1) and Maroons (1-0) despite winning all three at home.

KCCA coach Morley Byekwaso banks on a decent record his Kasasiro lads have whenever they face the army side.

“We have a good record against UPDF but it is not about the history. What matters is how we shall perform against UPDF tomorrow,” he told the club website.

“They are home and will want to get back to winning ways. But we are very set to face them, we want to get our first win on the road and we have prepared well to get that.”

The visitors also miss Brian Majwega (illness), Hassan Jurua, Muhammad Shaban and Filbert Obenchan but have Said Mayanja back in the team.

Meanwhile, the hosts are much depleted with three key players Samson Kigozi, Abasi Kyeyune and Rogers Mugisha away with the Hippos in the Afcon U-20 Cecafa Zonal qualifiers in Sudan.

In the past 10 league meetings, KCCA have won 7 with draws and a defeat and are unbeaten against UPDF in the previous eight meetings.

UPDF’s last win over KCCA came at Lugogo in April 2016
