Forty eight hours after drawing goalless with Ethiopia, Uganda Cranes yet again played to another goalless draw away to Senegal in an international friendly.
Mulitin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic, the national team coach made a couple of changes from the starting eleven against Ethiopia with Ismail Watenga, Robert Kakeeto, and Chrizestom Ntambi all dropped.
Benjamin Ochan, Derrick Nsibambi, Isaac Muleme all started whilst Muhammad Shaban, Milton Kariisa, Kakeeto and Geoffrey Sserunkuma also had some playing time.
Senegal didn’t have their top marksman in Sadio Mane but Kala Mbodji, Kalidou Coulibaly and Idrissa Gueye Gana all featured for the Lions of Terranga.
Uganda will stay camped in Senegal until Thursday when they leave for Cape Verde Islands who they face in the first game of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations Cup qualifiers.
